I was job searching, and the tools weren't cutting it.
So I built JOE, an AI-powered Job Opportunity Engine. It tailors my resume to every role in seconds, runs live interview prep with per-answer scoring, and tracks the entire jop opportunity pipeline on one board.
It started as a tool for my own search, then morphed into a Job Seeker product: the clearest proof of how I think about building product.

Joe Hiber is a Director-level product leader with 10+ years driving SaaS prodduct strategy across the staffing and HR-tech space: HCM, VMS, ATS, and PEO.
As Director of Product at SimpleVMS (acquired by Avionté), he built the product function from the ground up and shipped the staffing industry's first native ATS-to-VMS integration. Before that he launched Pixel, Avionté's AI Recruiter Assistant, and led platform strategy across a multi-product suite.
